Mei can be seen to be happy at one minute and angry the next if you say a wrong comment. Sometimes unpredictable as she is, she can be quite predictable. She loooves Yaoi so much and is usually seen doing stuff to males with her sister, Nobara. But this yaoi fan-girl means well, and wants everyone to get along on her site and wants it to be one of the best. Be careful around her and Nobara, they're usually the one to leave you shocked- or scarred. but they mean well... Maybe. And, usually you can see them bickering over pandas, cause Mei looves them while Nobara despises them.

Nobara, random, often hyper, friendly to most and as unpredictable and lethal as one of the volcanos on her freezing lil island. She's a yaoi fangirl which strives to make everybody around her become victim to her man on man hobby. Be careful never to turn your back on her, or you will find a sharpened toothpick between your shoulder blades. Her cheerfulness and hyperness often spike when around her beloved sister, Mei the head admin, and they do enjoy wrecking havoc. Mention dolphins or pandas around Nobara, and you will get killed. No questions asked. Nobara enjoys torturing lifeanddeath whenever she can.

The looks are pretty much the same. The case on his back being replaced with a sheath for his Zanpakuto. He does not wear the red scarf, and he wears a skin-tight black shirt, along with everything seen in the pic, under his uniform.
Personality: "I don't give a damn about what you think." That is a part of his persona. But, he is respectful to those who deserve it. He knows his superiors, and will follow orders, but his squad captain is the only one he will listen to without question. He has taken a liking to killing hollows and takes enjoyment out of killing them sometimes. He usually comes off cold, unless the person is a good fighter. He has that sort of respect for those people. He doesn't often show many emotions, but anger is one he makes an exception for. He is smug, and arrogant of hollows. He isn't one to simple-mindedly rush into a fight, but he is usually one of the first to appear on the site of a battle. Once you get to know him, he isn't really all that bad of a guy. He strangely has a bit of a lazy quality, but it rarely shows, considering he has a current drive to unleash his bankai after so many years. One thing about his is that he has a good amount of knowledge of fighting. He can usually tell if something is up after a bit of observation. He tends to take glances at his entire opponent, keeping track of their movements and attack patterns. basically, he has good observational skills along with deductive reasoning and figures out how things are done pretty easily most of the time.

Released Zanpaktou Abilities: By manipulating spirit engery after releasing his Zanpakuto, a layer of wind covers the blade. The wind thus increases the base cutting power and strength of the strikes as well as it can be further manipulated into techniques through a series of commands. The amount of wind surrounding the blade is by default an 1nch thick, but at the cost of more energy it can be increased.
While the blade is surrounded by wind, direct attacks to the blade is impossible unless the techniques are of higher rank. The blade can also enter a wind stage. In it's wind stage, the blade is near invisible except for a small vortex and the wind is sharp and solid enough to block and parry regular zanpakutos.
The Shikai state also allows the user to have a control over the wind to a certain point. The user can use it to accelerate their body movements and overall speed, along with increasing jump height, the speed of the jump, and the speed of decent, either slowing it down or going faster.

Zanpakuto Realm: The sky is like a layer of grey, with sky blue in what seem to be cracks. Twisters and tornadoes appear in the background and there is almost always a breeze of wind of some sort. The ground is a deserted plain, with solid dirt and virtually no plant life.

When created, it pushes away opponents, but extra concentration is needed if Katsu is trying to not blow back comrades unless they are within a meter of him. The longer the barrier is held up, the more spirit energy is used. The strength can be adjusted, again, more strength = more spirit energy used. The same principle stands with the radius. The base distance is 8 meters, max range is 25 meters.

Blocking is still able, but this form is for aggressive style and can change to and fro from each form. Due to the change in shape, Katsu must use spiritual energy to maintain the different form.

History and RP Sample
History: Born in 1871 Katsu lived a life that would be filled with misfortune. As a child, he was supposedly "cursed" to have bad luck until his life in the earthly world was finished. Well, apparently there was a thing as bad luck with him. His parents soon died and was forced to live with a spiteful aunt and glutton of an uncle. He never did think anything bad of his misfortunes though. "Everything will turn out okay one of these days..." That was something he often said. He was right, in a sense. But until then, he ended up losing all of his family, could never find a good place to stay permanently, nor could he ever hold a job. He did manage to have a good sense of justice though, beating up any thugs during his time, and protecting those who were defenseless. He later found a decent living for a short time, and ended up participating in the Indian War of 1890. He soon died though, taking and unfortunate bullet to the head, killing him instantly.
His sight went dark for a time, and he then awoke in the soul society. He had apparently been chosen to become a shimigami, having the 'right stuff' as they told him. He figured things really had started to turn around, and they had. He trained in the academy and went by just a bit faster than most, and soon joined up in the second division, quickly rising in the ranks. He mad it to his 3rd seat honorably and served under the captain for a good number of years. He took the liking to killing the hollows, his personality changing a bit as his bad luck was finally over. But 20 years ago when the soul society collapsed, he was able to flee with his captain, being one of the few to survive. this gave him the drive to learn his bankai, but during those 20 years, he couldn't. There was simply too much that needed to be done for him to train bankai specifically. And now that there is more stability, he just may be able to learn bankai, if he is lucky.

- It was a dark and dank night, Katsudo wearing bluejeans and a black tee shirt. He was walking along in the rain in his umbrella one night when he crossed and alleyway. As he glanced over he noticed that it was nearly impossible to see inside. Almost turning away, he suddenly heard a yelp of some sort cry out from the alley. Letting curiosity get the bes of him, Katsudo turned right, into the alleyway, and squinted inside to see what was going on. As he walked down, the picture became clearer. Some thug was about to beat up on some defenseless woman trying to steal her purse. The air was cold, the rain still falling making pattering noises on the ground on his umbrella. Katsudo's sense of justice kicking in, he decided to do something about it.
"Another worthless thug who can't seem to even get a job as a bouncer. Unless you were too dumb to think of an idea like that." Katsudo spoke in a demeaning tone. "Get outa' here punk, if ya know what's good for ya!" The thug obviously didn't see Katsudo as a threat. He obviously didn't know what he was dealing with here. "You obviously don't realize what it is you are dealing with here, do you?" Yes, he was cocky, but he was in a good place, right where he wanted him too. He wanted to seem full of himself, seem like he had more bark than his bite. But he knew his limits, and being who he was, this thug was about as threatening as a fleck of dust. "I'll show you who you're dealing with punk!" And with that the thug charged after him. Katsudo ducked quickly before the thugs could throw his punch and the guy took a hit straight to the gut and severely winding him. He even slid back a foot or two. Maybe I hit him a bit too hard...oh well, I don't think I broke anything.
Knowing how some people don't know when to quit, Katsudo stepped back a pace or two just incase Mr. Thug here wanted to try anything. But for the most part, he was down for the count. Katsudo turned his head as the thug fell to the ground holding himself in pain and trying to breathe and noticed the woman standing there. "Don't worry, I won't hurt you. Now would be a good time to hurry on home, its dangerous this late at night." He had a calm expression on his face, not wanting to intimidate her, as scared as she was already. "Thank you for helping me. Is there anything I can do to repay you?" "No ma'am, I don't need anything. But if you want, I could walk you home." "Umm, no thank you, my apartment is just around the corner." She did seem quite relieved that it was all over with though, so he was a bit happy. "Alright then, soot yourself. Just be careful and try to stray from the alleys." "Thank you again sir, I can't thank you enough." With that the woman walked off around the alley corner and was off to her home, where she would make it to her apartment, completely unharmed and without any other dangers.
Katsudo smirked as she walked by, another right done and maybe even a life turned around. That guy at least had the look to be a bouncer. At this point, the dude seemed to almost have his breath back, but that wouldn't be for very long. Suddenly he was scooped up and flying through the air in Katsudo's arm. Katsudo jumped up on top of a building where a door to get down was conveniently left unlocked, which Katsudo knew nothing about, sheer coincidence. But he soon had to leave the body lay, as another attack was coming for him. He jumped early so the building wasn't hit or the thug for that matter, and he still managed to dodge the attack.
This was definitely a hollow, and a decent sized one at that. He ran away to a place he knew was deserted in that sector that time of day, and hopefully there wouldn't be too much notable damage. Katsudo was running far ahead enough to where he would have time to stop and dump his gigai in a safe place, but not far enough where the hollow would simply lose interest. But with spiritual pressure at his levels, the hollow losing interest would be unlikely. Katsudo was unable to get a good look at the hollow, and right now he needed to get out of this damn body, so trying to get a good look now was a bad idea. He jumped down and landed next to a bush. Now how do I get this damn thing off again? Gah! Why do I always forget!? It was never really explained how one would get out of a gigai, so obviously it was difficult. Soon though he was out and off again to make sure it wasn't damaged. It was always hard to get a new one, so he was told this would be the last one he was allowed to have for awhile.
He ran a bit and finally stopped running, catching the very small amount of breath he had lost from running. He cracked his joints to loosen his body. The damn things are so cramped too. He then awaited for the arrival of the hollow. He was right about the size too, at least 2 stories high building wise. It's arm swung down and Katsudo jumped, the sound echoing as the fist made contact with the ground.
"Oh hoho...You're a big one aren't you? You are going to be fun." Katsu unsheathed his Zanpakuto and held it in front of him. He jumped for a slash to end it quickly, but was forced to block the hollow's arm from hitting him. It was faster then it looked. He tried several attempts, but again and again it kept swinging and moving just fast enough. "You just do NOT wanna die, do you? I didn't want to have to do this...but you leave me no choice. Tachiwaru!" Katsudo yelled and his Shikai was released. The sword taking on its new from nearly instantly. He wasn't here to screw around with the flashy lights and crap. This thing just needed to die. I leaped high into the air, farther above the hollow easily, and unfolding his sword. He waved it over as the hallow's hand moved to strike, but the immense wind he created and blew the hand away, then moving it to block and push away the other. Using the wind again he pushed himself faster towards the hollow so it couldn't strike him again. He folded the fan into his sword and slashed straight through the hollow mask. The hollow groaned as it started to fall before fading away, completely gone by the time it would hit the ground. Katsudo landed on the ground and changed his zanpakuto to his unreleased state and walked back over to his gigai, again having difficulty getting back into it before finally walking back home, wondering what the hell happened to his umbrella.
